Communication protocol being used: "TCP/IP". Something is going really wrong if you cannot ping either way when this happens. ERRORCODE=-4499, SQLSTATE=08001 DSRA0010E: SQL State = 08001, Error Code = -4,499 Then, restarting the app or unbind/bind the service does not help. Is the connection on the server or on individual workstations?
