It's unfortunate if it is being caused by this driver. Over the period of months they have identified an issue where the umrdpservice can get stuck and stop creating printers. A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the TrkWks service. I cant look at TS Easy Print as my clients are running thin clients with XP SP2 embedded. We've got 2 RDS servers running Windows Server 2008 R2 with similar issues, we even got some Kernel.Power errors due to all this. Anyway, this server has been having issues so I removed all the old printers from the Control Panel\Printers applet. Umrdpservice 7011 Dell premier support hasn't returned a call in 5 days. I just have to restart spooler service and umrdpservice manay times a day. The date of the dll is 8/28/2008, i know the month and day is correct but the year might be off For us, the problem was exacerbated by poor authentication performance;

In the meantime new hotfixes with a newer version of these system files may have been released.Installing these new hotfixes shouldn't be a problem, I have installed some of those newer Just thought I will mention that. Also we do not run Citrix in our environment. 1) I un-installed ALL third party drivers 2) Removed any traces in the registry relating to the third party print processors and The UPD has two services that manage bidirectional printer communications, these two services are installed via a couple of MSI packages in the driver package. Event ID 7011 - Netman service. We find out we had a lot of old spool files stored in C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS We have stopped the print spooler: net stop spooler removed all files in this folder C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and The problem with restarting the spooler is all printers are set to offline and when there are 200+ users logged in that becomes an issue.
