I get the access error both >ways. Click Run in the File Download dialog box, and then follow the steps in the Fix it wizard. When I upgraded to XP, it said I no longer had adminstrative priveledges to change the settings of Norton. so that is a start - but I want it to work on my user account ... I get the access error both ways. Check This Out I already ran Windows Install cleanup, and uh, no, this has nothing to do with Norton as I don't have any fully installed Norton program on my pc/computer. I will try that first and report back. I have tried the option of installing ?Windows Installer Clean-Up utility? You do not have enough ram to continue. Source Any other suggestions?
