I then followed the steps above and did the optional step 3, just in case and when I launched VPN client, it worked like a charm. Worked for me too :-)I upgraded from Win7 pro.The Cisco program group was missing altogether.If I tried launching vpngui.exe manually I was getting an error saying that the service wasn't running.1)
