Running Win 7 Enterprise x64. It Works just perfect for me. Installazione riuscita o stato di errore: 1603. With all the versions the setup finish and reboot without any issue.
Otherwise, I can safely recommend using ShrewSoft to restore VPN-functionality for Cisco V5.0 based connections. Oddly enough, on my Win8.1->Win10 upgraded PC it worked fine (MSI+registry).Only on these Win10 fresh installs it's happening, and nothing shows on the logs.
